Booking Terms and Conditions

You agree to follow the below set of Terms and Conditions when a booking is made and attend Little Jams Play Centre Ltd. Please read through them fully as these protect both you and us.

Rules of Play

1. Little Jams Play Centre Ltd is a parent / guardian supervised Centre and children must always be supervised by a responsible adult. Little Jams Play Centre Ltd cannot take responsibility for children at any time.

2. We set and clean the Centre before each session therefore, the door may be closed when you arrive. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session time. If the weather is bad, we will of course, do our best to allow early entry into the seating area only.

3. We respectfully ask that any guests who are or have been unwell, refrain from visiting us for 48 hours – Standard cancellation policy applies.

4. Adults will only be permitted entrance when accompanied by a child.

5. No smoking in any area, this includes the use of vapes and e-cigarettes.6. Shoes must be removed before entering the play areas and socks must be worn at all times. If shoes are required for medical reasons, please contact us prior to your visit.

7. Only food and drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed and must not be taken into the play areas. Please contact us prior to your visit if you have specific dietary requirements, as we do have exceptions.

8. Little Jams Play Centre Ltd reserve the right to restrict entry or ask customers to leave at any time. Abusive language or behaviour towards customers or staff will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

9. Please report damage to an area or equipment to a member of staff so we can ensure the environment is safe. If any damage is found to be intentional, you may be asked to pay for this.

10. To protect privacy, we kindly ask that images captured are only of children you are responsible for or where consent has been provided by a guardian. Little Jams Play Centre Ltd cannot be held responsible for any images shared by customers. Little Jams Play Centre Ltd are given consent to share images that are posted, tagged or sent on social media or email. Little Jams Play Centre Ltd will never share images without obtaining prior consent as stated above or via direct contact.

11. A number of our toys are deemed suitable for ages 3 and over. Those under the age of 3 must be closely supervised at all times by their responsible adult. Little Jams Play CentreLtd is specifically designed for children aged 7 and under however, we appreciate children develop at different ages and children of all ages are welcome to play.

12. Customers bringing personal belongings into Little Jams Play Centre Ltd do so at their own risk, and we do not accept any liability.

13. Suitable clothing should be worn and parents/guardians must ensure children do not become overheated.

14. In the unfortunate event of an accident, please report to a member of staff so we can provide help where necessary, record the incident and implement measures to avoid any further accidents occurring.

15. Little Jams Play Centre Ltd will mitigate risk of injury however, we cannot accept responsibility for any accidents and injuries incurred on the equipment or in the facility in any circumstances.

Special Arrangements

1. Please contact a member of staff prior to your booking if you or your child has any allergy, disability, medical condition or other need that may impact your visit. We will try our best to accommodate you and put in place any appropriate measures.

Cancellation Policy

1. Bookings are non-refundable. We will transfer a booking to another date if 48 hours or more notice is given (subject to availability). Bookings can only be transferred within 2 months.

2. Spaces are limited to maximise enjoyment of the Centre and also for safety reasons. Only those with a valid booking will be allowed entry into the building.

3. Bookings including 6 or more children/pre-walkers are subject to review and may be cancelled by Little Jams Play Centre Ltd.

4. When a booking is made on behalf of others, the buyer is responsible for notifying all those in the party of these terms and conditions.

5. In the event that Little Jams Play Centre Ltd is required to close, all bookings will be fully refunded or transferred to another session.

Party Packages Policy

1. Deposits are non-refundable.

2. Total party numbers include birthday child.

3. Party guests are requested to not arrive prior to the start time and must leave by the specified end time to allow preparation time for the next session/event. Failure to vacate by party end time may result in additional charges.4. As the host, please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the party time to set up (unless otherwise discussed).

5. If applicable, food orders must be provided at least 3 days prior to the party date.

6. Any allergy or dietary information must be provided prior to the party date.

7. Only food and drinks purchased from Little Jams Play Centre Ltd can be consumed on the premises.

8. Cake can be brought in externally for exclusive hire only. Where applicable, any allergy requirements are the responsibility of the host.

9. It is the hosts responsibility to ensure guests are aware and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
